The Brief

Our client Action Kitchens had just finished a renovation project for their client in Cleveland, Queensland.

After the time and craft they'd invested in the build, they wanted it captured properly — a professional suite of images for their marketing, and a resource they could put in front of prospective clients during the sales process.

The goals for the shoot were simple:

  • Capture every key space of the renovation

  • Showcase the bespoke joinery and material detail that defines Action Kitchens' work

  • Deliver a suite of images that shows prospective clients the standard they can expect

Our Approach

Action Kitchens' work on this project is defined by its material choices - green marble against walnut, waterfall stone on the island, a hand-laid stone feature wall - so the brief became simple: let the materials do the talking. We shot the home in natural light with clean, considered compositions, moving from the wide story of each space down to the joinery details a future client would run their hand over. Every frame was made to work twice: as portfolio imagery, and as proof in the sales conversation.

The Result

A complete photographic suite covering the kitchen, butler's pantry, master bedroom, bathrooms, laundry and mudroom - ready for Action Kitchens' website, socials and client presentations.
